Meet Our Flawless Artists
Ashley’s passion for brows started long before she stepped into the salon. After earning her degree in Hospitality Management in 2015, she shifted toward her true calling in beauty—where creativity and connection meet. She became a licensed esthetician in 2017 and quickly built a reputation for detail-driven lash artistry, consistently investing in advanced education to refine her skills and stay ahead of industry trends. In 2020, she opened Flawless Faces, a boutique studio dedicated to custom, high-end lash and brow services, and in 2023 expanded into permanent makeup with a focus on soft, ultra-natural results that honor each client’s features.
Nearly a decade into her career, Ashley has grown Flawless Faces into one of New Hampshire’s most sought-after beauty destinations, known for precision, intention, and results that feel effortlessly flawless. Outside the salon, she loves spending time with her husband, their family, and their two Boston Terriers, Cannon and Moira. She lives an active, outdoor-focused lifestyle—skiing in the winter, enjoying the lake in the summer, and training and competing with her CrossFit community.

Becca Fuller is a master lash artist with over five years of experience in lash and brow artistry. After earning her esthetics license from the Institute of Skin Science in 2017, she built a career around enhancing natural beauty and helping clients feel their best.
Known for her precision and tailored approach, Becca creates looks that range from soft and effortless to bold and dramatic. She holds certifications with Xtreme Lashes and Borboleta Volume and stays current with the latest trends and techniques to elevate every service.
Outside the studio, she loves spending time at the lake with friends and family.
