Ashley O'Brien

Owner

Ashley’s love for brows began long before she stepped into the treatment room. After earning her degree in Hospitality Management in 2015, she realized her true calling was in the beauty industry where creativity meets connection. She became a licensed esthetician in 2017 and quickly immersed herself in the world of lash artistry. With a natural eye for detail and a commitment to excellence, Ashley invested heavily in advanced training and continued education to refine her skills and stay ahead of industry trends.

In 2020, she opened the doors to Flawless Faces, a boutique-style studio dedicated to delivering customized, high end lash and brow services. As her clientele grew, so did her passion for helping clients feel confident and polished. In 2023, Ashley expanded her expertise once again this time into the world of permanent makeup, specializing in ultra-natural results that enhance each client’s unique features.

With nearly a decade of experience and a reputation for precision and artistry, Ashley has built one of New Hampshire’s most sought after beauty destinations where every brow is intentional, every lash is tailored, and every client leaves feeling flawless.

Ashley is currently apprenticing to become a licensed tattoo artist, specializing in permanent makeup. She is expecting to complete her apprenticeship in the summer of 2025.

While Ashley isn't spending time in the studio she enjoys spending time with her family and two Boston Terriers Cannon & Moira. She love the outdoors, and lives a healthy lifestyle, skiing in the winter, enjoying the lake in the summer, and competing in CrossFit competitions with her gym mates.

Kendyll Johnson

Licensed Esthetician

Kendyll is a licensed Esthetician and graduate from the Institute of Skin Science in Stratham, New Hampshire. She finds fulfillment in giving her clients a positive boost to their self-image with her services. She has a passion for overall wellness and continues to attend courses to stay up on the latest eyelash, eyebrow and skin treatment trends. When Kendyll isn’t spending her time in the studio with clients, she enjoys listening to music, snowboarding, and surfing the New Hampshire seacoast.

Becca Fuller

Master Lash Artist | Licensed Esthetician

Meet Becca Fuller, our newest master lash artist to join the Flawless team. With over 5 years in the beauty industry, Becca has become an expert in everything lashes and brows. She graduated from Institution of Skin Science earning her esthetics license in 2017, and immediately jumped into her career after knowing her true passion for enhancing natural beauty and helping clients feel their best.

Becca is committed to providing top-notch service to every client, taking the time to understand their unique needs and preferences. She takes pride in creating customized lash looks that enhance each individual's natural features, whether that be a natural, everyday look or a bold, dramatic style. In addition to Becca’s extensive experience, she has multiple certifications with Xtreme Lashes and Borboleta Volume training. She is dedicated to staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and techniques.

Outside of work, Becca enjoys spending time at the lake in the company of her friends and family.

Rachael Dube

Permanent Jewelry Specialist

Rachael joined the Flawless team in the summer of 2022, and instantly made an impact on the studio. Pulling from her extensive retail and salon management experience, she helped to enhance the customer experience for all who enter Flawless Faces. She also helped launch permanent jewelry at Flawless, which has become one of the most popular services we offer. She is in charge of all group bookings for permanent jewelry.

When not at the studio, Rachael can be found with her family, usually chasing after her son Hudson and dog Lily.

Julia Fitzsimons

Permanent Jewelry Specialist

Julia earned her Bachelor of Science in Social Work from the University of New Hampshire, where she developed a passion for connecting with people and making them feel their best. Her love for art, beauty, and self-expression led her to the world of permanent jewelry, where she helps clients create meaningful, customized pieces that last.

When she’s not at the studio, you can find her dancing, snowboarding or climbing, always embracing creativity and adventure!

Moira O'Brien

Salon Greeter

Meet Moira, our resident Boston Terrier and the real boss around here. She’s been a loyal member of the Flawless Faces crew since 2023 and takes her job very seriously—which mostly consists of snoring through client appointments and occasionaly side-eyeing you from afar.

Moira only works three days a week, but don’t take it personally if she doesn’t roll out the red carpet. She’s more of a sleepy, silent type (unless someone drops food). While she may not greet you at the door, her calming presence and signature snorts are part of what makes our studio feel like home.

Catch her on her best behavior… or mid-nap. We don't know
